A. We will collect sales tax if the “Ship To” address is in the state of Texas. Under current law, shipments outside the state of Texas are not subject to sales tax. (These regulations are always subject to change!)

 We will also not charge Texas sales tax IF you are in Texas and will resell our products plus possess a Texas Resale Certificate. Enter the resale number in the Texas Resale # field during checkout and email us at [email protected] with a copy of your resale certificate. Sales tax will be excluded from your order and, upon receipt of your certificate, we will complete your order.
